Kroll Report

The Board of Directors of Air Mauritius Limited met on Thursday, 25 June 2026, and Monday, 29 June 2026, to consider the report submitted by Kroll following its independent forensic investigation into the following matters:

1. The rationale for the sale/disposal of five aircraft: two Airbus A340-300, two Airbus A319-100, and one Airbus A330-200, during the Voluntary Administration in 2020/21;
2. The leasing of two Airbus A330-200 aircraft in 2022; and
3. The order of one additional Airbus A350-900 aircraft in 2023.

The Board viewed the matters arising from the Kroll Report with the utmost seriousness and has resolved to take all necessary and appropriate steps to protect the interests of the Company.
Such steps may include referring relevant matters to the competent authorities, including, where applicable, the Financial Crimes Commission and the Police; seeking any civil remedies available to the Company; and initiating appropriate disciplinary proceedings, in accordance with legal requirements.
